Monica Dykman

Monica joined Henrickson Nauta in 2025 as a Tax Manager. Her role includes supporting the firm’s tax department through comprehensive tax planning and compliance for individuals, families, and small businesses.

Before joining Henrickson Nauta, Monica spent eight years at a national accounting firm, where she worked as a Tax Manager. She focused on individual, trust, and business taxation, partnering with individuals and closely held businesses on consulting and compliance matters. Monica earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Grand Valley State University and is a licensed Enrolled Agent.

Monica lives in Byron Center, Michigan, with her husband, Nick, and their dog, Fitz
